We sell four categories of vending machines:

  • Snack machines — spiral coil vendors with 30 to 60 selections.
  • Beverage machines — refrigerated bottle and can vendors with 6 to 10 columns.
  • Combo machines — snacks plus cold drinks in a single dual‑zone footprint.
  • Smart / digital machines — touchscreen vendors with telemetry, dynamic pricing, and mobile wallet support.

All four categories are available in compact, standard, and high‑capacity footprints. Not sure which one fits your placement? Tell us your daily traffic count and we’ll size it.

We ship to all 50 US states from our warehouse outside Indianapolis, Indiana. Each machine is a large freight item shipped on a pallet via freight trucking company — this is considered dock-to-dock shipping by default.

If your delivery location has limited access, is a residential address, or requires a liftgate, additional charges may be required. You will be notified of any additional fees prior to shipment.

We do not currently ship to Canada, Mexico, or international destinations. APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

Dock-to-dock — Select dock-to-dock if you have a dock or a forklift at the delivery location. If you don’t have a loading dock that the freight truck can back up to, or a forklift to unload the machine, you’ll need to select with liftgate.

Liftgate — A liftgate is a lift on the back of the delivery truck that allows the delivery driver to get heavy freight items off the truck and to ground level.

Inside delivery — Inside delivery includes a ground level inside delivery. Stairs or restricted access are not included with standard inside delivery.

From cleared payment, most orders ship in 5–10 business days. Smart units may add 2–3 days for telemetry pre‑configuration. Multi‑unit orders are coordinated as a single freight shipment — your account manager will give you the consolidated timeline before you approve the quote.

We email tracking the day your machine leaves the dock, and the freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.

Yes. Every new machine ships with a 12‑month limited parts-only warranty covering manufacturer defects in the compressor, control board, mech and validator. Certified pre‑owned machines carry a 90‑day parts warranty.

Important: The customer is responsible for all routine maintenance and minor repairs. Warranty coverage is limited to parts only and does not include labor or on-site service. All support and service will be provided exclusively over the phone. Any shipping costs related to warranty claims, including sending or receiving parts, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Smart machines additionally include 12 months of telemetry dashboard access at no charge. Extended warranties (24 and 36 months) are available — ask for details when you request your quote.

Our primary payment methods are wire transfer and ACH. Wire instructions are sent with your final invoice once you approve the written quote.

Other payment methods can be discussed after quote approval. Payment is never collected before you approve the quote, and we do not offer financing, leasing, or rent‑to‑own.

Standard snack and beverage units are plug‑and‑vend out of the crate — uncrate, level, plug in, load, and run a test vend. Most placements are operational within 30 minutes.

Smart machines and combo units involve one extra step (pairing telemetry or configuring the dual‑zone temperature). We include a printed quick‑start guide in every crate, plus phone setup support if you’d like a one‑on‑one walkthrough at no charge.

Smart machines use a built‑in 4G LTE cellular modem. They do not require your local Wi‑Fi or any IT involvement. The first 12 months of cellular and dashboard access are included; renewal is $9/month per unit.

If you prefer Wi‑Fi only, that option is also available and turns off cellular billing entirely.

Add the machine you want to your cart on our Shop page, then click “Contact Us to Order.” That sends us your selection along with your contact details and placement information. Within 24 business hours, we email a written quote including freight cost and lead time.

If you approve, we collect payment, run our 32‑point bench test, crate the machine, and ship. See our How It Works page for the full timeline.

Vending machines are heavy, freight‑shipped commercial equipment, so we don’t offer the kind of return windows you’d see on a small‑goods retailer. That said:

  • If a machine arrives with shipping damage, we replace or repair at no cost — document and email photos within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If a machine has a manufacturing defect within the warranty window, we cover parts and ship replacement components freight‑prepaid.
  • Buyer’s remorse returns are evaluated case by case. A 15% restocking fee plus return freight applies if accepted.
