AutoVends Pro started in 2018 in a 1,200 sq ft warehouse outside Indianapolis. Two cousins, one route truck, and a stubborn belief that buying a vending machine shouldn’t feel like buying a used car.
The vending equipment market was — and still is — full of high‑pressure leases, surprise fees, and machines that arrive broken. Our founders had spent years on routes themselves and knew exactly what an operator wants on day one: a machine that works out of the crate, a real person on the phone, and a fair price clearly stated.
So we built the company around those three things. No financing partners pushing 60‑month contracts. No “starter packages” you can’t get out of. Just bench‑tested machines, transparent pricing, and a US‑based support team that knows the difference between an MDB validator fault and a coin‑mech jam.
